Small companies and groups: new thresholds and changes in accounting and reporting April 2008 |

From 6 April 2008, new regulations will unite and replace the accounting and reporting schedules to the Companies Act 1985 and the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986. The new regulations will apply to financial years beginning on or after this date. The 1985 Act and 1986 Order continue to apply for financial years beginning before that date. |
